All exterior services—including but not limited to window installation, window repair, siding, roofing, gutters, doors, painting, and exterior improvements—are subject to written agreements.
Service-specific Terms & Conditions may apply and will be outlined within your signed contract.
In the event of a conflict, the service-specific contract takes precedence over this general Terms & Conditions page.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the service contract you sign.
Late fees, processing charges, and deposits may apply.
We reserve the right to suspend or delay services for unpaid accounts.
4. Warranties & Liability
Myers Exteriors does not provide implied or expressed warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.
We are not responsible for damages caused by:
- Third parties
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Manufacturer defects
- Improper maintenance or misuse of installed products
Surrounding property including landscaping, interior finishes, and non-contracted areas are not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the worksite
- Ensure pets, obstacles, and hazards are secured prior to service
- Provide access to necessary utilities (electric, water, etc.)
- Communicate any scheduling changes in a timely manner
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

Official Giveaway Rules & Disclaimer
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Myers Exteriors Dream Exterior Makeover Giveaway is open only to legal homeowners who both own and occupy the residential property listed on their entry form. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and reside within Myers Exteriors’ standard service area.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per eligible individual. A maximum of two (2) entries per household is permitted, provided each entrant is a separate legal homeowner of the property identified on the entry form. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Myers Exteriors.
One (1) winner will be selected for each Grand Prize. Winners may receive only the prize awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit.
Each prize includes standard labor and materials as determined by Myers Exteriors. Specialty products, premium upgrades, structural repairs, permit fees, HOA or Historic Preservation requirements, engineering, hazardous material remediation, unforeseen conditions, and work beyond the standard prize scope are not included unless otherwise approved by Myers Exteriors. If the selected project exceeds the maximum prize value, the winner may apply the prize value toward the project and pay the remaining balance.
Maximum prize values are:
- All New Windows for Your Home: Up to $50,000
- James Hardie® Siding Project: Up to $35,000
- Exterior Painting Project: Up to $15,000
The Grand Prize drawing is anticipated to take place in Fall 2026. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided on their entry form. Prize projects are anticipated to be scheduled during the 2027 construction season based on product availability, weather conditions, permitting requirements, and Myers Exteriors’ production schedule.
By entering, participants grant Myers Exteriors permission to photograph and/or video the project before, during, and after completion and to use those images, videos, and the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and likeness for advertising, marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
By entering, participants also agree to receive communications from Myers Exteriors regarding the giveaway, home improvement information, and promotional offers. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Void where prohibited by law. Myers Exteriors reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify the promotion, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
